- Receive queries via phone, email or chat
- Log contacts onto the company system/database
- Resolve queries and escalate where these cannot be resolved
- Identify gaps in the supporting documentation
- Communicate effectively with employees (phone and email) to explain and resolve queries and concerns
- Participating in improvement of HR processes
- Previous EXPERIENCE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE or as TEAM ASSISTANT
- Fluent in ENGLISH and SPANISH
- Very good command of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Ability to work as part of an international team
- Pro-active and communicative personality motivated to learn HR agenda
