An excellent opportunity for motivated candidates interested in administration and trainings! Our client, a well-established, gradually growing international company is looking for a new member of training assistance.
Your responsibilities will be as follows:
- Communication with HeadQuarters or Learning Campus
- Overall administrative assistance of trainings of new employees in two different locations- Prague and Ostrava
- Occasional visits of Ostrava in regard to support this region
- Reports on regular basis
- Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures
- feedback workflow and administration
- Overall communication with trainers, employees in regard to plan trainings
- Administrative support of whole training cycle
- Administrating and maintaining training course modules and sessions in the learning management system
- Continuous improvement of administrative processes
THE POSITION IS SUITABLE FOR GRADUATES!
REQUIREMENTS:
What we are looking for:
- Candidates who are organizationally capable
- Candidates with great knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel and PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English and Czech language
- Very good communication skills
- Orientation toward the customer, goal orientation
- Punctuality and detail orientation
