O nás
We are looking for customer service coordinators to join team of our client´s customer service support. Essential tasks involve order processing, stock control, and providing support to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process orders, generate invoices, and handle forwarding tasks in designated areas.
- Monitor and support customer order stock control.
- Maintain customer information and CE price lists within assigned countries.
- Coordinate transportation arrangements for customers.
- Collaborate with sales representatives/managers.
- Control customer payments and credits in conjunction with responsible sales representatives/managers.
- Enhance the quality of customer service.
- Generate weekly sales reports for the assigned responsibility area.
- Carry out additional tasks as directed by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Customer service experience.
- Fully fluent in French or Polish or German writing and speaking.
- English on communication level.
