Are you fluent in French and English?
Do you have experience in Customer Service, Logistics or Order Management?

Popis pozice:
- Planning projects and actions to improve customer experience
- Creating overviews, reports and dashboards
- Consolidating data and automatization
- Dealing with customer orders and ensuring smooth deliveries to customers
- Building relationships with key stakeholders Training colleagues in new technical processes
Profil kandidáta:
- Experienced in Supply Chain, Customer Experience or Sales in a multi-national company
- Fluent English and French (written and spoken)
- Experienced in data management and visualisation
- Strong analytical and data analysis skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage!
