Popis pozice:
YOUR DAILY AGENDA:
- Receive and process orders
- Ensure customer experience is positive
- Handle complaints, claims, product returns and order-related information
- Monitor order interfaces and pending orders
- Provide product availability information
- Communicate with sales, AR and other internal teams
Profil kandidáta:
IDEAL PROFILE:
- Fluent English and Polish is a must!
- Previous experience related to customer service is welcome
- Very good communication and organisational skills
