- Overall responsibility for operations processes of the company
- Communication with funds administrator, depository and other key service providers
- Reconciliation of the calculation of net asset value of the fund(s)
- Trades documentation and settlement
- Communication with the fund's auditor
- CRM – development and maintenance
- Clients reporting
REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree
- Minimum 3 years experience in operations or mid/back-office functions
- Very good working knowledge of MS Excel and Powerpoint
- Ability to define and supervise the development of company systems, such as CRM
- Very good communication skills & a pro-active personality
- Excellent knowledge of English language, which you will use on a daily basis, both written and spoken
