We are seeking an expert in customer service, dynamic center leader and result driven manager, who will be able to ensure the smooth day to day running of Customer Care call center of 60 CSR and 4 managers.
- previous experience managing managers ideally within a call center environment (approx.5 years)
- experienced dealing with customers
- experience of managing performance
- can demonstrate mentoring and development of direct reports
- experience of working with Matrix and scorecards
- solid understanding of technology
- advanced proficiency working with MS Office
- fluent use of English written and spoken
- shift work may be required
