This is a fantastic opportunity for you to use your procurement expertise to support a procurement team. As a PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST, you have to make sure that products are purchased from specified suppliers and are delivered according to agreed terms and conditions.

Your Responsibilities:
- Creating and issuing purchase orders to suppliers
- Reviewing all purchase requests, verifying that all required information and documentation has been provided, and subsequently creating purchase orders for the requested items
- Making sure that purchases are made against properly approved purchase orders, and are compliant with CSC Procurement Policies
- Processing of purchase requests in compliance with agreed SLA
- Solving PO related queries from requesters as well as suppliers
- Completing related admin tasks e g: archiving, filing etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related area
- Fluency in English
- Previous experience in a similar position within an international environment is a plus
- Advanced MS Office skills (specifically Excel – VLOOK UP, SUM, IF, …)
- Knowledge of SAP and SRM is an advantage
- Superb communication skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, attention to detail
- Team work while ensuring follow up on individual responsibility
