If you are skilled at VBA programming language and enjoy evaluating results and coming up with better ways of doing things, you have a chance to become a part of a growing multicultural team in an established organization.
As a PROCESS IMPROVEMENT PROFESSIONAL you will have a very diverse and responsible agenda and will mostly focus on the following activities:
- Analyze processes across the departments and company
- Evaluate specific policies and internal controls and define weaknesses
- Together with your colleagues, work on improving any deficiencies in internal control environment or compliance matters
- Support SOX specialists in providing assurance
- Revise existing policies and participate in their updates
- Communicate with various departments across countries
REQUIREMENTS:
What do you need to become a PROCESS IMPROVEMENT PROFESSIONAL in an established international organization?
- Bachelor degree is enough but it should be in the field of Finance or Accounting or related fields
- Knowledge of Visual Basic, MS Access and macro programming is necessary
- Experience with SAP and SWQ would be an advantage
- Minimum one year experience in audit, compliance or similar positions is desirable
- Familiarity with SSC environment
- At least theoretical understanding of IFRS and US GAAP accounting standards
- Advance English as you will perform all your work in English and communicate on an international scale
- Analytical mind and ability to evaluate results
- Positive team spirit
