Euro Jet, the world’s leading provider of flight support services for private aircraft, is currently looking to fill the position of “Back-Office Assistant” in Prague, Czech Republic.
This position of Back-Office Assistant has a wide range of responsibilities. The Back-Office Assistant joining the team will have the opportunity to work in a young, friendly, and dynamic multinational team.

Responsibilities
- Administrative and organizational support for the office
- Performing general office duties and errands for the office/CEO
- Organize and maintain office common areas, making sure it is representative and clean
- Help with company cars fleet management
- Be prepared to work and assist on any given task assigned by the manager/CEO
Requirements
- High school education or higher
- PC skills (MS Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
- Native Czech/Slovak, Advanced level of English (written, spoken)
- Driving license B – active driver
- Very good communication and organization skills
- Representative look
- Positive attitude; ability to multi-task
- Reliable and responsible person with attention to detail
