ISS International Czech Republic is looking for a receptionist for back office of our multinational banking client.
Job Description:
- Maintain supportive relationships with business users, vendors and colleagues
- Ordering and handling of stationery and refreshments
- Helpdesk support – entering requests
- Serve external clients/visitors with refreshments when visiting the office
- Prepare meeting rooms and necessary equipment prior to scheduled meetings
- Provision of reception services as back-up, when necessary
- Organizing different kinds of events
- Support business areas in printing and scanning activities
- Liaise with other regions to arrange inter-office visits including security access and desk allocation
- Main contact for landlord and our suppliers
- Providing support during a different kind of audits
- H&S management
- Space management: helping FM with organizing space planning when moving teams, dealing with IT support
- Provision of administrative support to other business areas as directed
Requirements:
- Fluent written and spoken Czech and English language
- High school degree
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent communication and organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proactive approach and professional appearance
