We are just looking for an enthusiastic and open minded person, who will take care of various office administration, so our geek teams could focus on what they like the most.
You will be responsible for:
Various administrative and organizational duties
Business trips agenda (booking flights, taxi, hotels, etc.)
Handling incoming and outgoing mail
Arranging office stationery supplies, office refreshment, services
Participation in the organization of company events
Processing invoices
Preparing and managing reports
Bringing another piece of joy and fun into the company
What we require:
Experience from similar position
English (B1-B2)
Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Organization and communication skills
Pro-active approach
Experience with basics in accounting (travel expenses, invoicing and banking)
