Scope of employment:
Nutritional Data Specialist ensures accuracy of the nutritional data for the region at all times and serves as Subject Matter Expert for assigned markets. Primary responsibilities include: development of technical label copy for packaging purposes, developing company’s key pages (on line and off-line), as well as analyzing nutritional information and developing products nutritional comparisons.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop the English master of the technical label copy (composition, analytical constituents, additives, feeding instructions, feeding guide) for all company’s packaging in the region and any other region that sources its products from Europe.
- Coordinate label approval process in the region.
- Maintain and keep updated the technical content of the company’s product database for all products available in the region as well as for the main competitive products.
- Coordinate translation and localization process for the region (and any other region that sources its products from Europe).
- Work with agencies to develop materials for the printed key pages for all applicable marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate approval process for all these data.
- Work with the digital manager and agencies to ensure that all derivatives of the HPD (on line and off line, including printed key pages, On-line Key, product selector, Quick Reco, etc.) are updated to reflect the real time data in HPD at all times.
- Support Global database development and implementation as necessary and provide support to the regional management as nutritional data expert.
Requirements:
- Scientific / Technical background: Bachelor degree in related field (veterinarian, pharmacist, nutritionist, biochemist, etc.)
- Fluency in English and Czech.
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to work on multiple priorities and under time pressure.
- Strong organization and planning skills.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing across all levels of the organization.
- Flexibility with expected percentage of travel of up to 5%.
