As a HR DATA MANAGEMENT Specialist you will be responsible for the management of HR data and systems, alongside the delivery of key data and information to other areas of the business.
Your responsibilities:
- Coordinating and administering specific CSS HR process – employee benefit programs, employee relations, leave of absence, onboarding and letting go, personal details changes
- Mass uploading, manual updating, resolving errors generated from different systems, and other data managing activities
- Continuing development of the system’s reporting capabilities
- Working with the Global Project Team across all areas of SAP knowledge transfer, infrastructure testing, and implementation
- SAP troubleshooting – to troubleshoot and improve data quality and integrity
- Testing and signing off for all SAP changes and upgrades, ensuring integrity of the SAP system, reviewing all manual entries into SAP modules
- Performing regular data control
REQUIREMENTS:
- A Bachelor’s degree in HR Administration, Business Administration, or related field
- Fluency in English
- 1+ years HR/Customer service/Data Analyst experience, preferably in SSC environment
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook i.e. you can draw a graph, create and filter charts, put together a presentation and make sure that your outlook is not a mess
- Knowledge of SAP, Workday or other HR system
- Superb communication, organizational and problem solving skills
