ABOUT THE ROLE:
As an Accounts Payable Specialist you will be part of a wider department that oversees invoice processing and preparation of cash disbursements. You will be predominantly focused on the proactive review of all supplier invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment. You will provide assurance with respect to Service Center Payables agreed principles compliance and will monitor the supplier accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
THE IDEAL PROFILE:
- University degree in finance, business administration or economics with financial focus and/or a comparable training or professional experience
- Understanding and practical knowledge of Finance processes
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive, good communication and analytical skills
- Quick comprehension, reliability and responsibility
- Good Excel knowledge
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Intermediate or higher level of German
- Availability to work full-time on permanent contract
