We are looking for an administrative support professional for a fast-track pharmaceutical
project in Bohumil.
Your Tasks:
* Coordinate calendars, meetings, room bookings, and logistics
* Draft and manage correspondence; prepare agendas, notes/minutes
* Maintain the action tracker and follow up on actions
* Support document control and archiving; manage shared spaces in SharePoint and
* Teams
* Handle visitor/guest registration and general on-site coordination
* Coordinate small events or workshops (materials, attendance, logistics)
* Prepare simple reports and spreadsheets
Your Qualifications
* Very strong written and spoken skills in Czech and English
* Proven organizational skills; able to prioritize and multitask
* Solid MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams is an advantage
* Prior administrative/project support experience is an advantage
* No technical background required
