We are looking for a Customer Business Support to join our EMEA team. In this role, you will support our sales teams by managing deal execution, preparing contracts and ensuring smooth approval processes. You will also be involved in process automation projects and work with colleagues in different countries to deliver excellent service and efficient contract management.
Popis pozice:
- Manage and prioritise requests for deal support, including setting up deals and contracts in internal systems
- Coordinating approvals and ensuring timely contract completion
- Advising on standard contract processes and supporting standard and modified contracts
- Participating in process improvement projects and collaborating across EMEA teams to ensure seamless contract execution
- Identifying contract risks and working with stakeholders to resolve issues
Profil kandidáta:
- Proven experience in sales or sales support with a good track record in similar roles
- Strong knowledge of corporate sales and contracting principles
- Highly organized and ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously under pressure
- Proactive and able to independently identify and solve problems
- Detail oriented and confident with clear communication skills
- Fluency in English and French
