Are you fluent in English and Russian and do you have HR experience? Would you like to work in multinational petrochemical company in Prague?

Your responsibilities will be:

• Conducting on-boarding process of newcomers and exit process of leaving employees
• Preparation of HR documents – contracts, amendments, salary deduction agreements etc.
• Preparation of the regular and ad-hoc reporting on HR subjects
• Training plan approval and coordination
• Benefits Management
• Creating and implementing new Company policies and checking its’ compliance with the Czech Labor Code
• HSE compliance
• Contact point for Employees questions and queries
• Organization of events for the employees

Start: ASAP or by agreement

REQUIREMENTS:
The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:

• At least 1 years of experience in HR, ideally experience from Operations
• Fluent English and knowledge of Russian, Czech is a plus
• MS Excel
• Strong communication skills
• Strong organisational skills
• Ability to prioritize
