Are you fluent in English and Russian and do you have HR experience? Would you like to work in multinational petrochemical company in Prague?
Your responsibilities will be:
- On-boarding process of newcomers and termination process of leaving employees
- Preparation of HR documents – contracts, amendments, salary deduction agreements
- Preparation of the regular and ad-hoc reporting on HR matters
- Training plan coordination and approval
- Benefits Management
- HSE compliance
- Contact point for Employees questions and queries
- Organization of events
Start: ASAP or by agreement
REQUIREMENTS:
The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:
- At least 1 years of experience in HR, ideally experience from Operations
- Fluent English and knowledge of Russian, Czech is a plus
- MS Excel
- Strong communication skills and organizational skilss
- Ability to prioritize
This position is suitable for candidates with work experience.
