Your responsibilities will be:

• On-boarding process of newcomers and termination process of leaving employees
• Preparation of HR documents – contracts, amendments, salary deduction agreements
• Preparation of the regular and ad-hoc reporting on HR matters
• Training plan coordination and approval
• Benefits Management
• HSE compliance
• Contact point for Employees questions and queries
• Organization of events

Start: ASAP or by agreement

REQUIREMENTS:
The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:

• At least 1 years of experience in HR, ideally experience from Operations
• Fluent English and knowledge of Russian, Czech is a plus
• Ability to prioritize
