what you will do:

• Participate in various HR administration processes, including onboarding, offboarding, reporting, HR analytics, and more
• Calculate and implement calculations within the payroll system
• Collaborate with external payroll offices and address employee or department inquiries related to payroll
• Manage the needs of a client

who we are looking for

• French at B2 level or higher
• English at B2 level or higher
• Prior experience in administrative tasks, HR processes, and payroll functions
• Ability to provide effective assistance to employees
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral
