Popis pozice:

• Be first point of contact for customers for questions/concerns about their order
• Assist customers with all questions related to claims that were sent
• Act and react pro-actively in relation to open orders report in order to make sure all orders are processed
• Manage the discount approval process to ensure effective and efficient commercial pricing process
• Manage changes to deliveries
• Manual order entry in case of special order
• Cross functional support

Profil kandidáta:

• Sales – Bachelor's degree
• Fluent in English and French
• Cross Border customer service experience
