We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to support payroll activities for employees in Germany. The role focuses on preparing payroll data for an external vendor, ensuring accuracy and compliance with German regulations, and supporting employees with payroll-related queries.
Popis pozice:
- Supporting the entire payroll processing for employees in Germany and preparing payroll data for an external payroll service provider
- Ensuring the accuracy of payroll input data (salary changes, hires, terminations, absences, bonuses, overtime)
- Transferring payroll data and documentation to the external team responsible for payroll processing
- Ensuring compliance with German regulations regarding payroll accounting, taxes, and social security
- Handling inquiries from current and former employees, including phone calls regarding payroll or pensions
- Maintaining and updating payroll data
Profil kandidáta:
- At least 2 years of experience in payroll (ideally with a focus on Germany)
- Knowledge of German and English
- Experience with payroll or HR systems (knowledge of SAP is a plus)
- Experience with external payroll service providers or in a shared services environment is a plus
