Main responsibilities:
- Performing delivery of operational accounts receivable services
- Invoicing, dash collection, credit notes
- Participating in the transfer of activities from legal entities into the Global Business Center
- Reporting operation process issues
- Closing activities for accounts receivable
- Supports onboarding of new employees
Location: Prague 4
The contract is for 6 month with possibility of prolongation or conversion to become a core employee.
REQUIREMENTS:* University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or other related fields
- Experience in accounting, specifically accounts receivable, preferably in a shared service environment is an advantage
- Understanding of accounts receivable
- Working experience with SAP FI is an advantage
- Advanced knowledge of MS office tools (MS Outlook and Excel)
- Fluent in English and in another European language (French, Italian, Spanish ,German)
- Communication skills and cooperative mindset
