Pro našeho významného klienta zabývající se Prodejem průmyslových strojů a vybavení hledáme spolehlivou pracovnici na pozici „Recepční “.
Co hledáme:
Professionally handle the reception desk service.
Náplň práce:
- Serving coming visitors, answering phones etc.
- Serve the coming visitors, inform employees who are being visited about visit
- Professionally answer all the coming phones and connect them to the appropriate departments and responsible employees
- Take over messages and inform the employees about missed calls
Post (25% of working time)
- Summarize the outgoing post and invoices, mark the letters appropriately and pass them to the external mail provider
- Make cost overview about outgoing mail per department
- Arrange messenger or DHL service if requested
- Sort the delivered post, inform department assistants when sorting done
- Ordering taxis, office supplies etc.
- Order taxi, accommodation and flight ticket and inform back if arranged
- Order office supplies as requested inform about delivery
- Ensure the on time deliveries of the beverages – water, mineral water, tea, coffee milk and cookies for visitors
- Order the flipchart paper to the meeting rooms if needed, prepare meeting rooms for meetings
- Order and distribute toners for the printers and service for printers
- Ordering envelopes and business cards
- Continually look for improvement of the reception desk service
- Assisting the accounting department
- Meal tickets: Distribution of salary slips and meal tickets for CT
Požadujeme:
- Experience in administrative area with high customer interaction
- Work with computer, e-mail systems
- Experience in team work
- English – upper-intermediate level
- Good computer skills (MS Office package)
- Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning and Customer Relationship
Ohodnocení: 21 000 – 26 000 kč
Pracovní doba: 7:30 – 17:30 po- čt 40h úvazek
Termín: co nejdříve
Místo výkonu: Praha 10 (15 minut ze stanice Depo Hostivař nebo ze Skalky)
