Náplň práce:
Main Mission: Responsibility for analyzing and optimizing production processes for the assembly lines of the designated projects. In addition, take responsibility for implementing of improvements.
- Identify and quantify improvements opportunities proactively together with site Operations teams and use best tools/methods from the CI toolbox to develop solutions.
- Leverage internal and external Lean network to capture and eventually deploy best practices within the organization.
- Participation in evaluating improvement ideas from employees and managing of implementation.
- Proactively identify and quantify improvement opportunities; develop action plans accordingly.
Co od Vás očekáváme:
- Knowledge of Lean principles or professional education in this field is advantage.
- Focus on innovative solutions even for complex problems.
- Communicative level of English and Czech.
- Very good communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in basic MS Office tools, nice to have Auto Cad/SketchUp with ability to learn/master new applications.
