We’re looking for a Microsoft Solutions Expert who will play a key role in driving expertise across our organization. From technical support to creating impactful learning paths, your work will be at the core of how our teams use and master Microsoft Office.
What You’ll Do:
Assess & Guide: Identify our team’s strengths and growth areas within Microsoft Office, ensuring we’re all at the top of our game.
Training & Development: Design engaging training materials and development programs that elevate our team’s skills in Excel, Power BI, Power Apps, and more.
Support & Advise: Be our Microsoft subject-matter expert, providing hands-on assistance when complex challenges arise, collaborating closely with our Service Desk team.
Develop & Assist: Empower end users by guiding them in creating process flows and applications with PowerApps and Power Automate.
Document & Share Knowledge: Create comprehensive documentation and best practices for the team, building an internal knowledge base for future reference.
Analyze & Report: Support users with advanced analytics in Excel and Power BI, setting up customized reports to meet our unique needs.
Communicate & Engage: Create a monthly newsletter with practical tips and prepare end-user-focused training materials to enhance day-to-day efficiency.
What You’ll Bring:
Microsoft Expertise: Advanced skills across the MS Office suite, with a strong focus on Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
