Use your assets to perform:

• identification and evaluation of risk with regard to customer behaviour (clients, business partners, sellers, buyers, etc.)
• examination and evaluation of customer profiles and transactions
• effective communication with customer representatives based on monitored behaviour patterns
• support continuous mprovements of processes within your department
• support improvement within designing risk models in order to minimize risk

REQUIREMENTS:

• communicative German or French
• interest in IT field is a plus
• previous exprience from customer service and retail field are a plus, or even online/e-shop administrator experience
• logical and analytical mind-set
• eye for detail
• pro-active and independent approach, with team spirit
• previous experience with risk management is welcome
