What would be your responsibility?
- Own, deliver and implement a marketing campaigns across the following channels:
- Paid search (AdWords, Sklik, Bing)
- Display & programmatic
- RTB and Video Advertising
- Remarketing (Search& Display)
- Work with Social Media & Content manager to set-up paid social media campaigns (Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn).
- Work with the CRM & Campaigns teams to improve data acquisition & enhancement.
- Continuously come up with new ideas of how to improve our advertising to maximise conversions.
- Introduce an A/B testing programme for PPC Ad Copy and other online creative
- Work with the Optimisation Specialist to ensure best in class landing page experience and maximise conversion.
- Build strong relationships with affiliates in order to ensure an increase in business coming from this channel.
- Optimise cost per lead through affiliates & brokers in order to maximise reach and conversions.
- Work with affiliates and partners to optimise number of conversions, test new incentives for existing affiliates.
- On-board new affiliates to drive conversions.
- Ensure consistent levels of reporting on affiliate activity.
- Edit webpages to better user journey & stronger conversions.
- Work with Digital Optimisation Specialist to ensure all conversion tagging is successfully implemented.
- Report on performance of all web advertising channels and affiliate activities of Provident – own parts of Digital MI suite.
- Work with Digital Marketing Leader to develop and implement channel level reporting and improve efficiency of our media spend.
- Pro-actively analyse our advertising and off-site performance to seek improvements
- Constantly come up with innovative solutions to enhance traffic acquisition & conversions.
What we expect from you?
- University Degree.
- Digital Marketing Skills – broad knowledge of all digital disciplines.
- Experience in managing social media channels.
- Experience with Content Management
- Familiar with Google Suite – Analytics, Tag Manager, AdWords.

- Good communication skills and ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Analytical capability.
- Strong commercial sense.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Czech.
