Job tasks:
- Supporting our local teams in Germany with tasks related to the hiring process – in English and German language
- Prescreening candidates in German and English
- Supporting candidates through their onboarding journey
- Handling candidate inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Adhering to business standards and goals set up by your manager
- Cooperation on improvement process – helping in identifying knowledge and process gaps
- Observing trends and reporting
- Suitable for graduates
Start – ASAP
Location: Home office (Czech republic only)
The contract for define period with possibility of prolongation.
POŽADAVKY:
- Fluent English and German (B2)
- Pro-active and communicative personality
- Solid command of MS Excel and Word
- Previous experience with administration tasks or customer service is very welcomed
- Ability to work in an international team
- Additional european language is a plus
