Do you speak fluent Czech / Slovak and English?
Do you have experience working as a TEAM Leader in a Shared Services Center (SSC) or Customer Support?
In our SSC, we aim to enhance operational efficiency by providing support to multiple departments.
We are looking for a new colleague to lead a smaller team of SSC Specialists.
Here, you will be:
- Managing a team of 10 specialists supporting various foreign countries
- Placing and maintaining orders in an internal system
- Regular communication and cooperation with teams within the SSC
- Daily phone/mail communication with customers and colleagues from branches abroad
- Taking part in improving existing processes
Your profile:
- English and the Czech or Slovak language at a very good level
- Any of the other languages great advantage
- Experience of leading a smaller team is a MUST HAVE
- Knowledge of the customer service environment and SSC
