We are searching for an experienced data analyst to join our Customer Experience team in Prague! Help us with improving customer experience by analyzing data from customer engagements post-surveys!

Popis pozice:

• formulate actionable insights from structured analysis of customer data
• identify areas of opportunity and shape CX product features and programs to improve customer experience
• maintain basic process documentation, including customer journey maps
• provide coaching to improve customer engagements post survey
• establish norms and raise expectations on great CX by using VOC responses to make positive change 

Profil kandidáta:

• 3-5 years of data analyst experience
• data management, analytics and presentation skills
• ability to work full-time – 40 hours/week - no possibility of HO
• English on communication level (B2)
