We are currently looking for new colleagues to join us in our Prague office asCustomer Care Support Analyst with Polish, whose role will be:

• Providing complete customer service on the passive customer service phone line
• E-mail communication with customers
• Communication with customers from Poland
• Entering of new contracts in the database and updates
• Dealing with requests and complaints of clients

Profil kandidáta:

• Fluency in Polish
• English at communicative level (necessary for the internal team communication,communication with small amount of English speaking customers)
• Good communication skills, assertiveness, and resistance to stress
• Working experience in the area of customer service is an advantage
