This is the position !

Our client, a regional HQ of an international manufacturing company offers the opportunity for a CI (LEAN) Project specialist). A short supply chain background is a big advantage.

What will be your essential tasks?

• Lead and coordinate process improvement projects performing a broad number of support tasks (organization, communication, analysis, execution)
• Understand benchmark, define and design, formalize and implement standard processes based on best practices in the region for all supply chain areas.
• Defines and run internal supply chain assessment through the region, build action plans together with the teams, define priorities and targets, follow-up on implementations and report results and learnings.
• Investigates existing problems, proactively fix them, finds root causes, develops and implement solutions and learnings.
• Identifies industry benchmarks for practice and process comparison
• Responsibility for continuous improvement of the overall order to delivery processes

You will report directly to Regional Supply Chain Director seating in Prague, Czech Republic.

Profil kandidáta:

Our client requires:

• Fluent business level (or native) of English.
• EU country citizenship (strictly required the position is not open for VISA candidates).
• Short relevant experience (2-3 years are enough) in a similar or lower role in Supply Chain or manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to deal with people across the company
• Familiar with Continuous Improvement and project leading tools
• Above standard level of Excel usage (as an analytical tool)
• Bright, fresh mind, out of the box thinking, courage to point out problems
• Flexibility to travel a lot across the region (above 20% of time)
• Residency in (or ability to move to) Prague or nearby
