THE ROLE
A part of this role includes customer, colleagues and counterparts interaction via phone and email when necessary. As a part of the Accounts Receivable team, you will be handling customer payments, ensuring timely collection of payments and correct their allocations. Resolving and escalating relevant cases and preparing cash forecast reports for clients and account managers.
YOUR PROFILE SHOULD HAVE
- University degree in finance, business administration or economics would ideal OR alternative to University qualifications a strong theoretical knowledge of accounting principles OR
- High school diploma or previous work experience in a business environment.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive, good communication and analytical skills.
- Quick comprehension, reliability and responsibility.
- Good level of Microsoft Excel is a great advantage.
- PC Literate
- Advance level of English and B2 level of French.
