THE ROLE:
As an Order Taking Officer you will treat incoming orders from company country organizations according to the order process definitions to ensure deliveries and invoicing to customers are according to the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA`s).
You will capture all incoming orders by mail, EDI or phone. The Order Validator Officer can receive order requirements from the Customer Service Agents to validate orders they have assisted with in the system or modify the order based on different instructions.
THE REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree in finance, business administration or economics Would be an advantage but NOT necessary.
- High school diploma or previous work experience in a business environment.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive, good communication and analytical skills.
- Quick comprehension, reliability and responsibility.
- Good level of Microsoft Excel is a great advantage.
- PC Literate
- Advance level of English and B2 level of German.
