Your responsibilities:

• Ensuring that the needs of all customers are met
• Managing and processing orders from customers in a short timely manner
• Responding to customers´ inquiries (over the phone, email)
• Ensure technical and other enquiries etc. are appropriately redirected and followed up.
• Taking care of customers´ files/accounts and maintaining database records updated at all times
• Cooperation with other departments within the company (cross functional cooperation, supply chain team, sales.

POŽADAVKY:

• Fluent in French and English
• At least High school education, an additional Certificate or Diploma in business studies would be advantageous
• 1+ years working experience in a customer service role
• Previous work experience in a multi-national company is of great advantage
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook (intermediate level is essential)
• Team work while ensuring follow up on individual responsibility
