Would you like to be responsible for more than 130 employees and leading of departments Intercompany, Ledger Maintenance, Travel and Expenses, Labor Accounting and Treasury functions?
Then we are searching for you!
As a R2R Manager you will:
- Lead the R2R departmenst
- Manage reports with overall managerial responsibility for more than 130 employees
- Provide leadership and direction to the department personnel,
- Execution of the company’s overall vision and strategy
- Coaching, maintain succession and secure talent retention a
- Oversee development activities, improvements, training and performance
- Mentor all finance functions
- Planning and functional knowledge preservation
- Apply standardized process and controls
- Drive best practice and improvement
- Support audit, SOX and compliance regulations.
- Budget responsibility
- Participate in acquisitions, projects, system development
REQUIREMENTS:
We are looking for you if you have:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting or related area
- Fluent in Business English
- 10+ years of working experience out of which 5+ years people management experience (team of 20+)
- Understanding and in depths practical experience of Finance processes and detailed Accounting & bookkeeping knowledge
- Excellent communication skills to represent with customers
- Analytical mind and problem solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lead, coach and motivate big size team
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Multi-task and work under pressure
- Previous experience in international Shared Service Centre is preferred
