Scope of employment:
The Finance Project Specialist is primarily responsible for providing support to the Finance projects around Europe, mainly work hand-over to shared service center. Also, a part of the position is to support the subsequent stabilization phase of finance processes in subsidiaries and to be involved in providing financial analysis to the management team to support relevant business decisions. In some cases, this person may perform core finance duties so as to free up others in the organization to support other Finance projects.
Key responsibilities:
Implement improvements impacting the quality of the company’s effectiveness and controls.
Drive financial understanding and discipline as well as compliance to key processes.
Work closely with the Finance Managers in subsidiaries in order to have a full
business picture and to provide support when needed.
Deliver user friendly, standardized financial reports.
Requirements:
University Degree.
Relevant experience in a similar position.
Experience in both financial and controlling aspects is a must.
Professional skills in Excel, SAP is required.
Fluency in English, other language is an advantage.
Provide guidance to other team members.
Presentation skills.
Flexible attitude, work independently and show initiative to improve current status.
Ownership & initiative to drive and ensure optimal business tracking and
understanding throughout the company.
Flexibility with expected percentage of travel of up to 50%.
