Scope of employment:
THE ROLE.
Market research, market study and market change identification.
Office-based Guerrilla marketing strategies, advertising, company exposure and networking.
Company representation when necessary in job events and open days.
Day-to-day involvement in challenging and demanding projects exclusively for the client assigned.
Full operation activity in the process of sourcing, finding, pre-screening, interviewing, assessing, choosing, matching and providing suitable candidates to the client project assigned.
Candidate testing, candidate development and candidate reporting.
Full responsibility in the successful hiring process until on boarding.
Candidate post on boarding monitoring and consulting.
Full responsibility for client talent retention monitoring.
WHAT WE WILL BRING YOU.
You will be trained and coached in the understanding of the Czech, Slovak and international job market trends.
You will be trained and coached in identifying the market needs and changes and how to carry out the relevant strategies to adapt to such changes successfully.
You will be trained and coach to match suitable profiles to client needs.
You will be trained in the understanding of candidates needs when searching for a job.
You will coached and developed in successfully delivering results for both your client and your job candidates.
YOU WILL NOT BE TAUGHT.
You will not be taught how to be pleasant, reliable, pro-active, resourceful, hardworking and professional at all times.
We cannot teach you how to be detail orientated and to move fast and accurately.
We will not teach you how to be a long-distance target driven and achiever individual.
We will not teach you how to handle pressure without shrinking and losing the smile.
If you know you do not have these qualities, with honesty this is not the right job for you.

Requirements:

Self-motivated person with problem solving skills and eye for detail, a MUST have!
Secondary school or University education.
Excellent spoken and written English, other languages is an advantage.
Advanced PC skills a MUST have.
A people person personality a MUST have.!
Positive attitude and outstanding team player a MUST have !
