Your daily tasks will include:
- Communication with customers on daily basis regarding software or technical issues
- Entering technical and application related issues into the company system
- Identifying problems, finding solution to issues and troubles and inform clients about its solution
- Processing documents and information
- Developing product knowledge and identifying areas for further specialization
- Deep understanding of company product
- Ensure quality service in technical matters in a hospitality field

REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent in English and French
- Interest in IT and software such as some booking system
- Education or work experience in hospitality (e.g. hotel reception)
- Good communication skills
- Very strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Willingness to step out of your comfort zone
- Independence
