Scope of employment:
The Internal Communication Team Member FRITS and Zone is responsible for writing, sending, and pulling together of internal communications messages. Next to that he/she is the one that is responsible for the creation of the standard decks for the routine meetings.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensures the smooth running and ongoing maintenance of communication channels.
- Evaluates and analyses channels and proposes future development options.
- Understanding of communications discipline within the business environment and thorough understanding of its structure and operation.
- Management of online channels, input on SharePoint Portal, ensuring content is current and created/supplied in a timely manner.
- Helping to compile and write copy for standard communications (weekly decks, monthly newsletter etc.), sourcing news stories.
- Creation of weekly and monthly flashes.
- Creation of presentations for standard meetings.
- Translation of communications from English to French and vice versa.
- Ad Hoc communication.
- Helping to co-ordinate internal initiatives, events.
Requirements:
- Degree in related fields (Corporate communication, HR) or experience on a related field is a must.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of online communications tools and activities.
- Ability to work as part of a team and alone using own initiative.
- Good organizational skills.
- Use of office productivity tools (MS Office, etc.).
- Worked with business and communication.
- Advanced level of PowerPoint knowledge is a must.
- Fluent English in speaking, reading and writing.
- Fluent French in speaking, reading and writing.
- Other European language is an advantage (Italian/Spanish/Dutch/Russian/German).
- High ability of information gathering.
