No previous experience needed – determination and customer dedication and fluent Danish or Dutch – must.

Junior customer account manager is responsible for:
Customer service tasks

• maintanance of clients files/data through working with database
• communication with clients via email, phone
• cooperation with other teams such as contract management, supplies etc. located abroad

Finance tasks

• setting up of customers for e-invoicing and solving related issues
• support AR team with ad-hoc administrative tasks such as updating customer details, correcting invoicing errors and invoicing details, etc.

This is not a call centre role!! Your task is to make sue, that you clients´ accounts are update and complete.

REQUIREMENTS:

• fluent Danish and English
• responsible – communicative type of person, keen for new knowledge and experience
• focus on details, punctuality
• SAP knowledge is a plus
• previous experience in CS or administration is a plus
