- Ensure operational excellence and development of activities in main area of responsibility in Aftermarket Technical Services in the Sales Area Central Europe & MEA
- Technical Services consulting (Schaeffler Tech-Experience)
- Technical training
- Technical content
- Warranty and Quality
- Functional responsibility for management and professional development of Technical Service Specialists Area South East
- Planning, prioritizing and secure delivery of tasks in the Technical Service Area South East
- Tracking, analyzing and implementation improvements of Tech. Serv. KPI with focus on increasing operational efficiency of TS in the Area South East
- Guarantee cross-functional support in own Area and EU regional projects
What we expect from you:
- Technical qualification with University degree in the Automotive or Engineering segment.
- 3-5 Years in technical Segment, workshop level or product management
- SAP / PC-knowledge appreciated. Customer and sales oriented. Teamwork spirit. Organizational skills.
- Results driven and Initiative.
- Local language and business-fluent English speaking and writing skills, other languages are an advantage
