As a Contractor Service Coordinator you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating activities between Contractor and Internal Clients
- Ensure process and contract requirements are being fulfilled
- Monitor staffing agency activity and follow up with delivery of established programs and provision of training according to agreement
- Support regional office to develop metrics
- Support and look over contractor performance management, reporting, program compliance
- Collection and Analysis of Agencies' data from Internal Client
This position is suitable for both candidates with min. 1 year work experience and graduates with internships.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent command of English
- Experience in Procurement, HR or Recruitment is an advantage
- Experience with MS Excel
- Great communication, organaziation, problem-solving skills
- Ethical behavior, disciplined process execution
- Analytical capability, quality and initiative orientation
