Services Engineer

For our client – international company with offices and customer all over the world we are looking for experienced Cloud Engineer.

The role:

• Deploys, integrates, supports and maintains company and 3rd party products in the Cloud environments
• participates on the design of the solution in the Cloud
• Participates on 24×7 monitoring shift or on-call coverage (out of office hours)
• Ensures complete details of customer (internal/external) interaction are recorded in ticketing system

Key Responsibilities are:

• Participation on resolving issues of products/solutions in Cloud environment
• Participation on PoC of new products, tools and methods in Cloud
• Participation on 24×7 on call coverage during out of office hours
• Participations in planned customer activities
• Actively communicates with customers on incident resolution

REQUIREMENTS:

• Very good technical knowledge of ICT area (Operating Systems and Networks)
• UNIX/Linux
• Cloud technologies – VMware, AWS
• SQL
• Fluency in English
• University deegre in ICT or similar or 5+ years of working experience in this area
• Indepency, self-governing, customer issue resolution orientated
