Your main responsibilities will be:
- Supervising and coaching the team of Sales Specialists
- Responsible for sales performance of the assigned team and individual sales specialists and report the results to the senior management
- Creating sales forecast for the assigned region
- Measure and analyze renewal rate and loss for the territory
- Tracking the top renewal opportunities
- Interfacing with regional sales leadership and regional field sales teams to support the business
- Join meetings and business reviews with the sales regions
- Establish and grow key relationships with local Channel partners
- Maintains thorough knowledge of the company’s products/services and strategies
- Tracking of KPIs to measure team success
- Setting quarterly and annual performance targets for the team
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least Bachelor degree
- Previous experience in Inside Sales or Telesales (3+ years)
- Fluent in English and Dutch
- Ability to lead, coach, & mentor a team (ideally previous experience in people management)
- Advanced skills of negotiation and problem solving skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent language, communications and presentation skills
- Very good command of MS Office Suite, CRM and preferably Salesforce
- Ability to travel
