Your main tasks in the position of Treasury Specialist Senior will be:

• Communication with the banks
• Supporting CFO in negotiations
• Cooperation on closing activities and audit operations
• Contract management – risk assesment and contract analysis
• Other tasks related to real estate and project financing
• Cash-flow plan and forecast preparation
• Bank administration, reporting, bank contract administration and user maintenance
• Intragroup reporting in treasury area
• Payments coordination and preparation
• Bank guarantees administration, negotiation with the banks and group companies
• Control of accounting documents and postings

–  Supplier attendance and phone calls reception, letters preparation

• Archiving of accounting documents elated to local legal regulations * Balance confirmation approval
• Retentions payments preparation

–  Internal debits and internal transfers in financial area

• University education – economic specialization
• More than 3 years of experience within similar position focused on treasury
• Skills in the use of SAP/Helios
