Join our team and become an IT Help Desk Specialist and:
- Provide technical and troubleshooting assistance related to computer hardware and software, mobile devices and other technical tools and products
- Provide first level resolutions related to technical issues
- Escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support
- Update customer data
- Create activity reports
- Walk customers through problem solving process
- Follow up with customers
- Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure
- Grow your knowledge of help desk procedures, products and services
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in providing help desk support or customer service related to IT services
- Fluent in Czech/Slovak and English
- Working knowledge of help desk software, Windows Server platform and remote control
- Strong client focus and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Bachelor degree in IT or Computer Science is a big advantage!
