For our Prague headquarters, EURO-CENTER HOLDING SE, we are looking for a new colleague on the position of PAYMENT SPECIALIST/BILLING CLERK.
Main responsibilities:
- In the role of the Payment Specialist/Billing Clerk you will be dealing with issues with claims payments and refunds, administer all bank accounts and setups. You will be reconciling the bank accounts and virtual card accounts to be sure all payments to providers are charged to Company´s customers. Also, part of this role is billing, managing AR and incoming payments from customers, reconciliation of bank accounts, issuing and posting customer bills, communication with customers and Key Account Managers and related activities.
What is your desired profile?
- You have basic knowledge of Accounting and Finance or economic education.
- You have very good command of English (written and spoken).
- You are a good user of MS Excel (VBS or Macros would be a plus)
